Booking Policy

​

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost. All clients are required to provide a valid credit card on file for contactless payments. Please ensure that you complete the necessary intake forms prior to your appointment to help us provide the best possible care.

Late Arrivals

​

If you expect to be late for your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Your appointment is specifically reserved for your treatment. To maintain the quality of service and respect the time of all clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be automatically cancelled and result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

I understand that life happens, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service fee. This policy helps ensure we can provide timely services for all of our clients.
